- Images and content you submit, such as label/nameplate photos used to extract Brand/MPN/Serial or generate cleaned images.

- Edits and notes you make to extracted fields (for example, corrections before exporting).

- Device and browser data, such as IP address, device type, and approximate location inferred from IP.
- Usage data, such as pages visited and referral sources.
- Diagnostic data, like error logs, to keep the Services reliable.
If you use camera features in the web app, your browser will ask for permission. You can revoke camera permissions in your browser settings at any time.
How we use information
- Provide the Services, including image-based extraction, background removal, exports, and syncing when signed in.
- Improve and maintain the Services (performance and bug fixes).
- Communicate with you for support and updates.
- Security and abuse prevention.
When you request extraction or background removal, your image may be transmitted to our AI processing providers to generate the result (for example, Google’s Gemini API).
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining security and meeting legal obligations).
