Before AutomaSnap, Gal-Industry’s intake and listing process was heavily manual. Warehouse staff needed to transcribe data from nameplates, search for technical specifications, compare market prices, prepare SEO-friendly product descriptions, and retouch photos — all using spreadsheets and disparate tools.

The Solution: End-to-End Automation
We introduced AutomaSnap as an automation layer for Gal-Industry’s intake workflow. The tool uses OCR and AI to extract nameplate information from photographs, identifying manufacturer, part number (MPN), serial number, and key technical parameters. Extracted data flows directly into the product database, eliminating manual transcription entirely.

We integrated AutomaSnap into Gal-Industry’s existing systems so that the output (structured data, suggested price, description, and image) could be published to marketplaces with minimal human intervention.
